Job summary

Trulieve in Monticello, FL is seeking an Inventory Specialist for the 2nd shift to help oversee day-to-day operations of a large cannabis cultivation facility. You will work under the Cultivation Manager, supporting cultivation staff with policies, schedules, and trainings while maintaining accurate inventory records.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and proficiency with spreadsheets; a High School Diploma and background screening are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 21+ years old (18+ in CT/PA/WV) and must pass a background check.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work in a team.
• Attend inventory system training as needed.

Responsibilities

• Count plants and reflect tallies in the inventory system.
• Move plants and assign to new rooms.
• Utilize spreadsheets and Excel for records.
• Inventory across multiple facilities.
• Track plants daily for accuracy and update status in the system.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
