Job summary

Trulieve is seeking an Inventory Specialist in Madison, FL to oversee day-to-day operations at a large cannabis cultivation facility. You will work with the Cultivation Operations team, report to the Inventory Supervisor, and ensure accurate plant counts and inventory records.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and readiness to use inventory systems and Excel for daily tasks. This is an on-site, hourly position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail required across inventory counts and data entry.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities are essential.
• Must complete inventory system training as needed.

Responsibilities

• Count plants within locations and verify against records.
• Reflect tallied amounts in the inventory system accurately.
• Move plants and reassign to new rooms.
• Utilize spreadsheets and Excel for tracking.
• Conduct inventory across multiple facilities.
• Daily tracking of all plants to ensure accuracy.
• Update changes or new status in the system.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
