Job summary

Curio Wellness Corporation is seeking a Floriculture Associate to support cultivation of medical cannabis. You will work in grow rooms with plants, assisting propagation, transplanting, pruning, watering, harvesting and loading cannabis plants.

Responsibilities include maintaining plant health, following GMP/GAP standards, scouting for pests, and contributing to continuous improvement while managing nursery upkeep and 5S practices.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma or GED; 2+ years of greenhouse or nursery experience.
• Knowledge of Maryland/Missouri DHSS regulations preferred.
• Ability to follow protocols and learn new skills.

Responsibilities

• Propagating, transplanting, moving, pruning, spacing, grading, watering, potting, harvesting and loading cannabis plants.
• Maintain health of medical cannabis plants and ensure clean, organized work areas.
• Support daily nursery operations and follow 5S and GMP/GAP standards.
• Scout for plant pests and assist in irrigation and application schedules.
• Execute techniques consistently and work 60% with plants, 30% on general nursery duties, 10% on continuous improvement.
