Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior commercial agricultural experience in a greenhouse or nursery is required.
• Detail oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective time management and teamwork are essential.
• Knowledge of Maryland regulatory requirements for DHSS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain health of cannabis plants through propagation, pruning, watering, and harvesting.
• Assist in irrigation and application schedules while following GMP/GAP standards.
• Keep the nursery clean and organized, supporting 5S practices.
• Scout for pests and support daily cultivation activities.
• Support continuous improvement efforts in the grow operation.
