The position emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and adherence to food safety policies while maintaining a clean, safe workspace in a fast-paced cannabis operation.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Passion for medical cannabis is essential.
• Ability to obtain a Missouri Agent ID by start date.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Effective time-management skills are required.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Participates in the efficient packaging of cannabis products during the post-production phase.
• Works closely with the Culinary and Processing departments on critical tasks.
• Accurately weighs and packages products using packaging materials based on sales orders.
• Prepares all packaging materials, including bags, containers, and labels.
• Works as part of a team to meet production schedules.
• Ensures all packages are labeled and identified correctly; escalates issues to management when needed.
• Assists in the packaging process as required.
• Keeps assigned facility area clean and safe; maintains sanitation to prevent cross-contamination.
• Adheres to all company food safety policies and procedures; maintains sanitation standards.
• Checks and corrects any possible health code violations.
