Job summary

DreamFields is seeking a Lead, Case Packaging to oversee efficient cannabis product packaging for fulfillment. You will manage packaging operations, track inventory, and ensure accurate labeling and regulatory compliance.

The role collaborates with fulfillment and inventory teams to ensure timely distribution and quality control. The position requires leadership experience, data accuracy, and familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics, with shifts that may vary and potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old per state law.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of leadership experience required.
• 1+ years of packaging or production lead experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics.
• 1 year of cannabis industry experience preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory counts and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Track and report on case packaging data and team performance.
• Ensure the case packaging team meets daily production goals.
• Manage and monitor inventory of packaging materials.
• Audit and verify finished product packaging and labeling.
• Create and print package labels in compliance with regulations.
• Maintain records for non-cannabis goods used in packaging.
• Handle transfer orders using Microsoft Dynamics.
• Track packaging waste and rejected items.
• Count and log rejected products for reporting accuracy.
• Collaborate with fulfillment to prep products for distribution.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
