Job summary

Bud's Goods & Provisions in Kentucky is seeking a Budtender to greet guests, answer questions and guide them through the menu while processing compliant cannabis transactions. You'll build product knowledge, maintain a welcoming environment, handle cash and POS tasks, and ensure accuracy and compliance in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven setting.

This role emphasizes guest experience, adherence to regulations, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ years in retail, hospitality or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Cannabis industry experience preferred; cash-handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly, professional approach.
• Guide guests through cannabis products and promotions.
• Complete transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Maintain knowledge of products, brands and menu promotions.
• Follow company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and assist with inventory.
