Job summary

The Garden Dispensary in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a part-time Dispensary Sales Associate (Budtender) to deliver a compliant, educational cannabis retail experience for medical and adult-use customers. You will combine product knowledge with consultative selling and precise transaction handling to support store goals.

Ideal candidates are 21+, with a high school diploma or GED, and strong communication and customer-service skills. Training on DCC requirements and company SOPs will be provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 21+ and eligible for the Ohio Dispensary Employee License.
• Retail, hospitality, sales or other customer-facing experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, active-listening, and customer-service skills.
• Comfortable learning cannabis products, retail technology, compliance requirements, and sales processes.
• Basic math, computer, POS, and cash-handling skills.
