Job summary

The Garden Dispensary in Ohio is seeking a Dispensary Sales Associate (Budtender) to provide professional and compassionate support to medical and adult-use customers. You will ensure regulatory compliance with the DCC and educate customers on cannabis products.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, verifying IDs, recording transactions in MMCP/POS, and maintaining product knowledge. Must be 21+, pass background checks, and be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• BCI/FBI background checks required.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service and educate clients on cannabis products.
• Verify customer age and registration status.
• Educate customers on strains, cannabinoids, and product types.
• Assist customers in selecting appropriate products.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Dispense cannabis using MMCP and POS systems; maintain accurate records.
