Job summary

STIIIZY is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to drive in-store activations and educate customers about our cannabis products. You will build relationships with budtenders and store staff, support events and merchandising, and help communicate product value across retail locations.

The role requires 1–2 years in brand ambassador or retail roles and a willingness to travel as needed. This position emphasizes professionalism, compliance with state regulations, and strong customer-facing

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in brand ambassador, merchandising, retail, or customer-facing roles.
• Experience in cannabis, beverage, or CPG industries preferred.
• Proven ability to work in field-based roles with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Execute in-store support across assigned accounts including demos, activations, events, and merchandising.
• Educate customers and retail staff on products to drive engagement and conversion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with budtenders, store leadership, and retail partners.
• Maintain and improve brand visibility, displays, and merchandising standards.
• Conduct budtender trainings to increase product knowledge and sell-through.
• Capture, monitor, and report market insights including customer feedback, pricing, and competition.
