Job summary

STIIIZY is seeking Brand Ambassadors to drive brand awareness and sales through in-person activations and various media channels. This part-time role requires 12–24 hours per week and a pay rate of $22.00 per hour, focusing on building strong relationships in retail environments.

The ideal candidates will have 1–2 years of experience in related fields, must be 21 or older, and possess strong communication skills to educate customers and retail staff about products.

Qualifications

• Experience in cannabis, beverage, or CPG industries preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must maintain a valid driver's license if driving is required.

Responsibilities

• Execute in-store support across assigned accounts including demos, activations, events, and merchandising.
• Educate customers and retail staff on products to drive engagement and conversion.
• Maintain and improve brand visibility, displays, and merchandising standards.

Skills

Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt in a fast-paced field environment

Ability to educate customers and budtenders to drive product awareness and conversion

Strong communication skills in person and across digital channels

Organized, coachable, and focused on continuous improvement

Education

1–2 years of experience in brand ambassador, merchandising, retail, or customer-facing roles
