Job summary

Ayr Wellness in Las Vegas, NV seeks an experienced Asset Protection Manager to oversee day-to-day physical security for cannabis retail and manufacturing facilities across the state. You will partner with People Operations, Retail, Facilities, and Manufacturing to minimize risk and ensure regulatory compliance while leading security teams and vendors.

This role requires frequent travel within the territory, strong knowledge of loss prevention, CCTV and access control, and the ability to train

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, security management, or related field is preferred.
• 7+ years in asset protection or security management is required.
• Experience with CCTV, access control, alarms, and loss prevention is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day physical security operations across assigned locations in the state.
• Manage relationships with security vendors and ensure CCTV, access control, and alarm systems function properly.
• Conduct audits of security procedures and investigate incidents of theft or loss; coordinate with law enforcement when needed.
• Train staff on security procedures, compliance, and loss prevention protocols.
