Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of retail or hospitality experience.
• Must be 21 years of age and comply with all local, state, and company regulations.
• State-required PhT certification (Virginia).
• Background check and state badging as directed by state ordinances.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and patients with a positive attitude.
• Educate customers on cannabis products (no medical advice).
• Handle patient records and ensure accuracy per state laws.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant retail environment.
• Process transactions at the POS and ensure inventory accuracy in METRC/BioTrack.
