Job summary

McLane is hiring a Warehouse Selector II to join our nationwide distribution network. You will read labels, locate items, and assemble orders with care, using a conveyor line and storage totes.

A strong emphasis on safety and accuracy per shift is essential. We offer a competitive pay rate of $18.62 per hour, a Monday through Friday 6 am start, and comprehensive benefits that begin after 60 days, including medical, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, and company-paid life insurance, plus paid holidays

Qualifications

• Reads or scans labels to identify slot location, product description, and quantity.
• Able to perform accurate visual inspections.
• Requires basic English reading/writing to follow instructions and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Read or scan labels to identify slot location, product description, and quantity required for each order.
• Pull correct quantities of designated products from a slot location and place in a tote or box.
• Push tote or box along a static conveyor line, continuing to pull items until order is complete.
• Work safely to prevent injury and damage to people and products.
