McLane Company, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Selector II to join our warehouse team. You will read labels, identify products, and pull correct quantities for order fulfillment, operating a conveyor line while adhering to safety protocols.

The role demands accuracy, attention to detail, and teamwork. Starting benefits are provided after a 60-day period, with a schedule that runs Monday through Friday on a 3:00 a.m. shift, and opportunities for advancement within a long-standing logistics leader.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to perform accurate visual inspections.
• Read, write, and understand English well for safety and task instructions.

Responsibilities

• Read or scan labels to identify slot location, product description, and quantity for each order.
• Pull correct quantities of designated products from a slot location and place in a tote or box.
• Push tote or box along a static conveyor line, continuing to pull items until order is complete.
• Work safely to prevent injury and damage to people and products.
