Wolfgang Confectioners in Camp Hill, PA is hiring EXPERIENCED Machine Operators for its confectionery manufacturing facility. You will handle the packing and manufacturing operations, operate candy-making and packaging equipment, and follow detailed company procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Basic mechanical or electronic understanding of equipment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production and tally with supervisor.
• Operate candy-making and packaging equipment (e.g., belts, enrobers, baggers).
• Make machine adjustments per specifications.
• Complete production and quality documentation on time (tallies, sheets, lot tracking).
• Perform routine quality checks (metal detection, weight, packaging).
• Ensure lot traceability and support inventory control.
