Job summary

TreeHouse Foods is seeking a Candy Packer at the Womelsdorf, PA facility to support the production team and drive performance improvements in safety, quality, and efficiency. The role runs 6:45AM–3:15PM with overtime potential and involves operating processing equipment, housekeeping, and following GMP-based procedures.

Ideal candidates will have manufacturing experience (food manufacturing a plus) and be able to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, with flexibility to work

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably food manufacturing.
• Ability to follow instructions and documents.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends.
• Strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Operate food manufacturing processing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Keep work areas clean and in accordance with GMP and company policies.
• Follow work instructions to ensure food safety and quality.
• Identify and report safety, food safety, or quality issues.
