You will package candy, operate the tape machine, and palletize boxes while following safety and GMP policies. The role requires standing for the shift, eye–hand coordination, and attention to product quality. Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for entire shift.
• Must be able to reach with hands and arms.
• Must be able to use hands to grasp, handle and feel.
• Must be able to occasionally walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk or hear, and taste or smell.
• Vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision and ability to focus.
• Needs to be tolerant to cornstarch dust that is in the air and on the surfaces.
• Must be able to regularly lift and/move up to 10 lbs. and occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 lbs. regularly.

Responsibilities

• Depending on position within the normal rotation, must be able to perform a number of varied jobs associated with the making and packaging of candy products.
• Perform tasks at a continual and regular speed in accordance with general line production speed.
• Packaging candy, operating tape machine and palletizing boxes.
• Follow all company guidelines, rules, safety, FDA, and GMP policies and procedures.
• Demonstrates commitment to food safety and continuous improvement.
• Maintain a clean work area and constantly monitor product for quality issues.
