Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is hiring Entry-Level Candy Packers for a local candy factory in Winona, MN. No prior experience required; paid training and room for advancement are offered. This entry-level role supports packaging operations on first or second shift.

You will stand for long periods, lift up to 56 lbs, and follow GMP and food safety standards in a team-driven environment with daily briefings and steady weekday schedules, plus possible overtime on Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Comfortable wearing required PPE (hair net, smock, ear plugs in machining areas).

Responsibilities

• Palletizing finished product.
• Loading product for delivery as needed.
• Perform daily and weekly cleaning.

Express Employment Professionals is now hiring Entry-Level Candy Packers for a local candy factory! This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a growing company that offers a supportive team environment, paid training, and room for advancement.

Location: Winona, MN

Hours & Pay:

• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday | 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Possible overtime on Saturdays
• Pay: $15.00/hour

Job Duties:

• Put packaged candy into boxes
• Palletizing finished product
• Loading product for delivery as needed
• Perform daily and weekly cleaning
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety standards
• Accurately count packages per box
• Package efficiently and perform basic quality checks (QC)
