Job summary

Express Employment Professionals in Winona, MN is hiring entry-level Candy Packers for a local candy factory. No experience required; paid training and room for advancement are offered.

You'll work on the 2nd shift, Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM, with possible overtime on Saturdays. Duties include packing candy into boxes, palletizing, loading for delivery, and performing daily and weekly cleaning while following GMP and food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Entry-level manufacturing/packing experience not required.
• Ability to lift up to 56 lbs.
• Comfortable standing for long periods and wearing PPE as required.

Responsibilities

• Put packaged candy into boxes.
• Palletizing finished product.
• Loading product for delivery as needed.
• Perform daily and weekly cleaning.
• Follow GMP and food safety standards.
• Count packages per box.
• Package and perform basic QC.
