Aimbridge Hospitality LLC is looking for a Lead Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Norfolk, Virginia. In this role, you will lead daily operations, manage preventative maintenance, and ensure guest satisfaction through quick response to requests.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and a background in hotel maintenance, with strong skills in leadership and problem-solving. We offer a competitive benefits package, including medical coverage and a 401k plan.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Licensed in a trade (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, etc.) preferred.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable Motor Vehicle Driving Record required.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Licensed in a trade (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, etc.) preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Driving Record required (property specific).
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work unsupervised and handle financial information and basic arithmetic.
