The Candler I is responsible for ensuring only high‑quality eggs are processed on the production line. This role involves monitoring and removing poor quality eggs, including those with eggshells, rotten eggs, dirty eggs, and bloody eggs, as well as any foreign materials or inedible products. The position requires the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment with fluctuating egg quality and speed.
This position requires the physical ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs and perform tasks involving twisting and bending. The role demands the capacity to walk and stand for extended periods on various surfaces, as well as the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment. Set in an egg processing facility, the job may involve exposure to wet and slippery surfaces, necessitating caution and adherence to safety protocols.
