Job summary

NBCUniversal is seeking a Candidate Experience Specialist to act as the face of NBCU for prospective talent. The role delivers consultative guidance to recruiters and hiring teams while executing within established processes to provide a seamless interview experience.

You will shape communication, manage interview logistics across time zones, and ensure onsite readiness. The position is hybrid and requires coordinating travel and accommodations, with focus on confidentiality and brand alignment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in talent acquisition, guest relations, or similar role within Human Resources or Hospitality.
• Ability to make autonomous, well-informed decisions based on established processes and protocols
• Strong situational awareness and intuitive problem-solving skills
• Ability to navigate ambiguous situations with confidence
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in scheduling tools, Microsoft Office Suite; ATS experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Candidate Experiences: Serve as the primary strategic partner for hiring teams; ownership over end-to-end candidate interview journey and primary point of contact for candidates.
• Independently shape communication approaches, set clear expectations, and ensure interactions reflect NBCU’s commitment to transparency and brand alignment.
• Interview Logistics: Architect interview processes across time zones and platforms, determining structure, sequencing, and format (panel, 1:1, virtual, onsite).
• Provide informed recommendations to guide hiring teams and secure alignment on the plan before execution.
• Secure and prepare onsite spaces that ensure a welcome environment.
• Manage Travel & Onsite Details: Oversee full candidate travel and onsite experience, designing itineraries and solving issues.
• Oversee and direct all onsite elements from technology readiness to hospitality, delivering a polished end-to-end experience.
• Partner Across Teams: Serve as trusted advisor to recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers, offering best practices and candidate engagement strategies.
• Champion Process Excellence: Uphold confidentiality and compliance; communicate and maintain clear guidelines and escalation paths.

Additional Requirements

• Hybrid: This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in‑office requirements at any time.
