Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in biological sciences, health sciences, social sciences, or related field.
• One year of clinical research experience required.
• Knowledge of medical terminology desirable.
• Clinical research certification desirable.
• Computer skills with Microsoft Office desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient records to identify eligible participants for protocols.
• Recruit, interview and enroll patients into studies.
• Obtain informed consent in compliance with regulatory and sponsor requirements.
• Coordinate scheduling and follow-up of care appointments and testing.
• Monitor patients for adverse reactions and notify appropriate staff.
• Document study data and report to sponsors and regulators as needed.
• Assist with IRB, FDA, and sponsor regulatory compliance.
