Job summary

Qualifications
- MD from an accredited institution.
- Board eligible or board certified in Internal Medicine.
- Current unrestricted license to practice in Virginia.
- BLS certification required at start.
- Ability to complete payer credentialing and CMS enrollment.
Responsibilities
- Lead Inova Schar Cancer survivorship program and team.
- Provide direct survivorship care for patients transitioning from active treatment.
- Assess and manage survivorship-related medical, emotional and social needs.
- Develop health-system survivorship model and educate primary care providers.
