Job summary

Qualifications include advanced molecular biology skills and a bachelor’s degree in virology/biochemistry, experience with HPLC/FPLC and flow cytometry, and strong data documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in virology, biochemistry, cellular and molecular biology.
• Experience with viral vector construction, purification and infections/ transfections.
• Experience with protein purification and analytical tools (HPLC, FPLC, affinity resins).
• Knowledge of pharmacokinetics and cellular/molecular biology techniques.
• Strong data documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Independent design, perform and analyze experiments for novel protein-based cancer therapeutics.
• Develop vectors for cellular engineering and production of proteins in human cell systems.
• Operate and interpret analytic tools (HPLC, FPLC, FACS, IHC/ICC).
• Train staff and collaborate across laboratories and translational research teams.
• Manage efficacy, pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic studies in vivo.
