Job summary

The State of South Carolina's Department of Public Health seeks an Oncology Data Specialist to identify non-registry and non-hospital data sources for the SCCCR and to perform case finding, data collection, and follow-back in accordance with NPCR/NAACCR standards.

You will manage WebPlus exports, REDCap workflows, and Tableau reporting, coordinate follow-back with facilities, and perform quality control studies. A bachelor’s degree and current ODS credentials are required.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree and relevant program experience.
• Current Oncology Data Specialist (ODS) credentials required.
• Experience in lieu of degree will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Identifies non-registry and non-hospital data sources for SCCCR.
• Performs case finding, data collection, and follow-back.
• Manages WebPlus exports, REDCap data workflows and Tableau reporting.
