Job summary

Piedmont Clinic in Atlanta is seeking an Oncology Navigator to manage the care of cancer patients in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring access to high-quality care across the continuum.

The Navigator serves as the primary contact for patients, caregivers and referring physicians, and helps connect them with clinical and supportive services offered by Piedmont and its community partners.

Qualifications

• RN nursing degree/ diploma required.
• 2+ years nursing experience required.
• Oncology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage care for identified cancer patients with a multidisciplinary team.
• Serve as single point of contact for patients, caregivers and referring physicians; provide resources and assist accessing services.
