Job summary

Saint Alphonsus Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Cancer Institute Float Pool in Canyon County. You will provide professional nursing care in collaboration with a broader health care team and advocate for patients and families.

The role includes performing assessments, planning care, and administering medications, with opportunities to work at multiple clinic locations. Schedule: Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri (7:30a – 6p); Idaho and Oregon licensure requirements apply.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree from ACEN/CCNE accredited nursing program.
• Current RN license is required.
• Multistate license with Idaho residency within 60 days of hire.
• Oregon RN license required within 90 days of hire.
• Basic Life Support certification required unless ACLS/PALS already held.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care in collaboration with the health care team.
• Maintain accurate documentation of nursing services and advocate for patients.
• Deliver nursing interventions, monitor, and adjust plans of care as needed.
• Support care across multiple Cancer Care Clinic locations in Canyon County.
