Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 1 year of laboratory experience.
• Hands-on molecular biology and biochemical techniques preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine and complex experiments.
• Monitor inventory and order lab supplies; maintain inventory.
• Prepare media and maintain cells by culturing.
• Perform immune cell profiling using flow cytometry.
• Perform RNA sequencing and qRT‑PCR for gene expression analysis.
• Evaluate anti-tumor effects of monoclonal antibodies or small molecules in vitro and in vivo.
• Record and communicate summaries of experimental results.
• Oversee daily lab operation in the absence of supervisor/PI.
• Assist in development and implementation of research protocols.
• Ensure data quality and QC of assays.
