The University of Wisconsin–Madison is seeking a Research Technician to join the Denu Lab in the UW Carbone Cancer Center. The role supports studies on sarcoma biology using patient-derived models and a range of epigenetic techniques, contributing to manuscripts and translational efforts.

Responsibilities include data collection, performing assays, literature reviews, and presenting results. Requires prior biological lab experience and comfort with team-based, onsite work in a dynamic cancer

Qualifications

• Experience working in a biological sciences research lab.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsabilités

• Collect data and monitor test results according to established research requirements and specifications.
• Perform lab and/or field tests on materials and samples according to established research requirements and specifications.
• Perform lab or field tests.
• May assist with literature reviews and/or report writing.
• Review data to summarize results for presentations or reporting.
• Inspect and maintain equipment, supplies, inventory, and facility spaces.
