Mayo Clinic seeks an Executive Administrator for the Mayo Clinic Comprehensive Cancer Center (MCCCC) to partner with the Executive Director on strategic and operational planning, leadership development, staff diversity, and fiscal management. This on-site role drives performance aligned with Mayo Clinic’s strategy.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in business or health care administration.
• At least five years of leadership/management experience; ten years preferred.
• Experience working with physicians and allied health staff across assignments.
• Strong leadership, management, operations, finance and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Mayo Clinic's strategic priorities and cancer center operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic and operational planning for the MCCCC.
