Job summary
Capital Health in Pennington, NJ seeks a Manager of Cancer Center Clinical Services to lead nursing and clinical support within the Radiation Oncology program. You will guide staff, participate in program planning, and manage budgets to support high-quality patient care.

Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing; or related field.
- Master's degree in nursing or related field preferred.
- NJ Registered Nurse license.
- Three years of experience in an oncology healthcare setting.
Responsibilities
- Oversees Radiation Oncology nursing staff and clinical support team.
- Participates in strategic program planning and quality improvement initiatives.
- Develops annual budgets within CH guidelines and monitors department budgets.
- Maintains department policy and procedure manuals and readiness for accreditations.
- Supports staff development and PI activities; fosters interdisciplinary collaboration.
