Job summary

The Cancer & Hematology Centers is seeking a Manager of Nursing – Multispecialty. This RN role provides clinical leadership and operations management across infusion services and clinical radiation therapy.

You will supervise and guide multidisciplinary teams while maintaining clinical excellence and patient safety. Required include an active Michigan RN license, oncology experience, and leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Michigan (MI).
• BSN preferred.
• Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) after 1 year of employment.
• Chemotherapy certificate within 6 months of employment.
• CPR certification within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Functions as clinical expert and nursing leader across multispecialty services, including infusion and clinical radiation therapy.
• Oversees daily operations, staffing levels and service schedules to optimize efficiency and patient satisfaction.
• Supports adherence to evidence-based practice and regulatory requirements.
• Identifies and resolves issues impacting care delivery with other department leaders.
• Interacts with Nursing leadership to train and develop staff.
