Job summary

LVMH Inc. is seeking a Payroll Manager to lead and strengthen our Canada payroll and tax operations.

You will oversee eight Canadian operating companies and about 800 employees, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant processing while driving governance and process standardization across the region. As a strategic partner to our Maisons, you will manage Canadian payroll regulations, collaborate with ADP Canada, and mentor the Payroll Administrator to build a robust payroll and tax function

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of payroll leadership in a high-volume, multi-province environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end leadership for Canadian payroll operations, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant processing for 8 Canadian companies.
• Oversee tax filings and liaise with ADP Canada to monitor service quality and risks.
• Write SOPs and establish governance standards to ensure continuity and compliance.
• Collaborate with brand HR teams on payroll-related items and special projects.
