Job summary

Walmart Canada is seeking a Cleaning Associate at 17000 RTE TRANSCANADIENNE, Kirkland, QC. The role involves participating in a structured maintenance cleaning program to keep the store clean and safe while controlling expenses.

The position requires compliance with Food Safety standards and cold chain guidelines. Responsibilities include cleaning Fresh Departments, inspecting equipment, stocking supplies, and supporting in-store certification programs.

• Complies with all Food Safety standards and cold chain guidelines.
• Executes timely cleaning of all Fresh Departments include coolers, freezers and display fixtures.
• Assist in the inspection all maintenance and cleaning equipment to ensure proper working condition and ensures sufficient supplies are available.
• Promotes a safe working environment by ensuring completion of required in-store certification programs and work in accordance with all Company policies and procedures
• When required, clean floors following a system of; mopping, sweeping, vacuuming and maintaining carpets, including all non-sales floor areas.
