Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Camunda Architect / Lead with a strong Java development background to design, develop, and lead enterprise workflow and business process automation solutions using Camunda. You will lead Camunda-based architecture, design scalable process automation, and collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into workflow solutions, onsite in South Carolina.

The role requires hands-on Camunda BPM experience, Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, REST APIs,

Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience with Camunda BPM / Camunda 7 or 8.
Strong Java / J2EE development experience.
Expertise in Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices.
Experience designing enterprise-level workflow/process automation solutions.
Strong architecture, troubleshooting, and technical leadership skills.
Ability to work onsite in South Carolina.

Responsibilities

Lead the architecture and implementation of Camunda-based workflow and BPM solutions.
Design scalable, highly available process automation architectures.
Develop and integrate applications using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into workflow solutions.
Provide technical leadership, code reviews, troubleshooting, and mentoring.
Drive best practices around workflow design, integration, deployment, and performance.
