You will work alongside the Campus Pastor and Worship Director, ensuring worship experiences are carried out excellently, recruiting and training new team members, and overseeing administrative tasks. Ideal candidates are passionate about growing the local church and possess excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the overall leadership of the campus.
• Recruit, train, and develop new worship department members.
• Oversee and lead worship for each worship experience.
• Accountable for the administrative details of the campus worship department.
• Assist the campus Worship Director and Campus Pastor as needed.

Skills

Experience in leading a worship team/band

Talented both vocally and in leading from the stage
