Job summary

Arizona State University’s Sun Devil Fitness and Wellness at the Polytechnic campus seeks a coordinated professional to help deliver recreation programs and services, including intramural sports, fitness, aquatics, safety education, and events.

Reporting to the Assistant Director, you will recruit and lead student staff, collaborate with campus partners, manage resources, and support budgets and assessments while promoting healthy lifestyles across the Polytechnic community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Experience in campus recreation or related field preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership abilities required.
• Experience supervising student staff or volunteers encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning, implementation, and evaluation of Sun Devil Fitness and Wellness programs at the ASU Polytechnic campus.
• Collaborate with university-wide leads, campus partners and student organizations to deliver engaging programs.
• Support payroll, budget tracking, recordkeeping, and assessment tasks.
