Blue Ridge Community College (BRCC) is hiring a Welcome Center Associate to support student services at the Augusta Welcome Desk and Enrollment Zone. You will assist students in person and online for Career Education, Academic Transfer, and Workforce Training programs, and help manage administrative tasks for Admissions & Outreach.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to all students in-person at the Welcome Desk and via the online virtual reception room for Career Education, Academic Transfer and Workforce Training programs.
• Manage the Welcome Desk and Enrollment Zone.
• Assist Admissions & Outreach team with email and phone calls.
• Assist Student Services team with administrative tasks and projects.
