Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum three years of experience in admissions, advancement, community relations, hospitality or related field.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to collaborate across departments, especially with Admissions, Marketing and Communications and the President's Office.
• Proficiency with Office suites and CRM or donor management systems is a plus; familiarity with the college website.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective students and families and connect them to Admissions and Enrollment staff.
• Provide information on academic programs, campus life and student resources.
• Direct visitors to appropriate advisors and staff; ensure a welcoming experience.
• Support external relations activities and donor/legislative engagements.
• Manage reception, phone and digital inquiries with professionalism.
• Train and supervise student Ambassadors for campus tours and visits.
• Assist with events and track visitor interactions to inform strategies.
