Job summary

Arvato is a leading global 3PL provider seeking a Campus Floating Wave Planner to support multiple Louisville clients, covering PTO, wave planning, onboarding and training of new planners, ensuring continuity of operations. This on-site role operates Monday–Friday on the Louisville campus.

Responsibilities include cross-training across client workflows, balancing workloads, and sharing best practices to strengthen planning resilience and client service across the campus.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning or related operations.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems, preferably SAP.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a floating planner across Louisville-based clients and maintain knowledge of each client’s planning processes.
• Provide coverage for PTO/absences to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Assist with wave planning, workload balancing and priority management during surges.
• Become cross-trained in all Louisville client planning workflows and SOPs.
