Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse, inventory, logistics, or distribution management experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience.
• Experience utilizing inventory management and warehouse management systems.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control practices and warehouse operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management systems.
• Conduct regular audits, cycle counts, and annual inventories.
• Coordinate campus deliveries and logistics for projects, events, relocations, and renovations.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse personnel.
• Lead warehouse safety training and promote a culture of workplace safety.
