Qualifications

  • Experience operating campus utility systems and boilers.
  • Ability to read technical manuals and blueprints.

Responsibilities

  • Operate, maintain, and repair campus steam, hot water, and related systems.
  • Handle after-hours and weekend requests and provide shift coverage.
  • Train and mentor junior staff and maintain LMS records.
  • Ensure energy efficiency and reliability of campus utilities.
