Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Front Desk / Rover in Miami, FL. You will monitor access, patrol assigned areas, and provide outstanding customer service in a dynamic campus environment.

The role requires at least 5 years of security experience, a valid license, and completion of background checks and drug screening. This is a full‑time, hourly position with various day and night shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of security-related experience.
• Valid driver’s license in the state of the job.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Licensing requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, visitors, and contractors per site procedures.
• Conduct patrols of buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to identify conditions.
• Respond to incidents and alarms following site protocols.
• Monitor access points and assist with directions and site information.
• Document patrols and security concerns per reporting procedures.
