Job summary

Allied Universal in Miami, FL is seeking a full-time Unarmed Security Guard to monitor and patrol a premier commercial real estate site. You will provide customer service to tenants and visitors, enforce access control, and respond to incidents with calm professionalism.

The role requires at least 2 years of security experience, comfort with using a computer or tablet, and adherence to site policies. Night shifts are included, with a schedule that covers multiple weekend nights.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of security-related experience.
• High comfort with using a computer or tablet.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and authorized personnel following site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols across the property to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity or hazards to the appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents calmly and document observations and actions taken.
