Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Commit to the weekly in-person tutoring schedule agreed upon between the tutor and TLC staff.
• Tutoring hours are Monday through Thursday from 10 am to 6 pm.
• Tutor shifts are scheduled for a minimum of two hours.
• Complete all assigned training activities.
• Promote the TLC and establish a welcoming environment for students.
• Maintain a quiet workspace conducive to learning.
• Adhere to all TLC and university policies and procedures.
• Attend orientation and trainings as scheduled.
• Complete all assignments/documentation required by TLC and Payroll on time.
• Up-to-date knowledge of tutored course(s).
• Tutor a diverse population of students with varied learning styles.
