Qualifications

  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree with an expected graduation date of Spring 2028.
  • Pursuing a degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Management, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical reasoning, attention to detail, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience analyzing information and preparing clear reports, presentations, or recommendations.
  • Interest in financial markets, transactions, market operations, risk management, or stakeholder engagement.
  • Interest in fixed-income markets, mortgage-backed securities, housing finance, capital markets, or related fields.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively on detail-oriented and time-sensitive assignments.

  • Supporting capital markets transactions, trading activities, securitization processes, and other market-facing business activities.
  • Monitoring market conditions, analyzing trends, and preparing timely market commentary, presentations, and business updates.
  • Working with markets, transactions, risk, operations, and technology partners to support business priorities.
  • Assisting with reporting, risk monitoring, controls, process improvement, and other time-sensitive team deliverables.
