Job summary

Qualifications

• GED or High School Diploma required.
• Experience operating large passenger vehicles or equivalent.
• Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with class P and S endorsements required.
• Completed bus driver safety training.
• Must be over 18 years old.
• Pass alcohol and drug tests.
• DOT Physical Examination.
• Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish).

Responsibilities

• Safety is the top priority; no preventable incidents.
• Oversee dispatch operations and respond to bus problems and accidents.
• Train and develop drivers and ensure credentialing is up-to-date.
• Coordinate routes and use mapping/routing software.
• Maintain compliance with schedules and laws.
