Job summary

The University of Oklahoma Police Department seeks a Criminal Intelligence Officer to lead intelligence collection, analysis, threat assessment, and information sharing across OU campuses.

You will serve as a primary liaison with local, state, and federal partners, develop intelligence products, assess risks, and support investigations and emergencies while ensuring privacy, civil liberties, and compliance across the OU system in Norman, Oklahoma City, and Tulsa.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Intelligence Studies, Homeland Security, Emergency Management, Public Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead intelligence collection, analysis, and threat assessment to support campus safety.
• Develop intelligence products and share actionable insights with partners.
• Coordinate with local, state, and federal law enforcement and agencies.
• Ensure compliance with legal, privacy, and civil liberties requirements.
